1.) Really cool hot-spot on a friday night in sydney is “Flavours @ Middle Bar”, http://www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=50107813679&ref=ts , they play alot of real hip hop there, dilla, common, talib… you name it.
2) Bondi beach.. alot of life there, and alot of restaurants
3) You can get fresh gear (especially kicks) at Espionage, Footage, Nitrogen, Hype
4) Darling Harbour
All the places are in pretty much the same area, real close 2 the city.
Hopefully i could help you out a little bit. Was hoping to see you at Good Vibes but missed out on tickets… hoping you do a sideshow.
Anyways.. 1.
]]>sydney is alright, but melbourne is where it’s at when it comes to restaurants, sport, clubs, fashion, anything really.
as far as sydney goes: icebergs restaurant is one of the best (http://www.idrb.com/), also hurricane’s gril (http://www.hurricanesgrill.com.au/), the chinese tea gardens are cool (http://www.darlingharbour.com/sydney-Things_To_Do-Chinese_Garden.htm), the ivy entertainment complex is a must see (http://www.ivytv.tv/)... but you will get over sydney quickly. i’d highly recommend spending more time in melbourne than sydney. there is more to do.
melbourne has australia’s best casino (crown complex), the best restaurants (guisseppe arnaldo & sons, the press club, vue du monde, kanpai, the flower drum, maha), better clubs (revolver, f4, onesixone, brown alley), better women (walk down chapel street any day of the week or head down to st kilda beach), and better shopping (chapel street, brunswick street, qv complex, melbourne central, the city in general).
hope you enjoy your time in my country. see you at good vibrations.
