Bmore rapper Bossman has owned Baltimore City’s hip hop scene for nearly a decade now. He’s released numerous projects including an independent album “Law and Order”, which landed him his 1st record deal with Jermaine Dupri (Virgin Records). Now independent again with 1UP Entertainment, Bossman’s new album “The Re-Up” drops next Tues. June 15th. In anticipation, he’s released a new mixtape “M.O.P.”, which you can download below. You can preview the “The Re-Up” below as well, which has features from Gucci Mane, Jim Jones, DJ Class, NOE, and Paula Campell to name a few.

Steve Cooper, of LA band Spirit Animal, launched a cooking show on Wednesday — FEED YOUR HEAD — with episodes scheduled so far for every week in June. The show is part of the band’s unique effort to promote their debut record, “The Cost of Living”, with food — offering gourmet dinner parties to fans before their shows this summer and fall. You can also get their album in advance or have them remix your song. Their singles drop June 15th on iTunes.

For the Mike Posner “Cooler Than Me” video, Oakley stepped in to help director Jason Beattie and Mike realize the vision they had for the eyewear aspect of the video. The end result was special mock ups of Frogskins, Eyeshades, Razors and Holbrooks. Here is a small taste of what they came up with.
