So late on this but I’ve been running around NY like crazy

Unfortunately a hater, not going to mention who, cut his music off during the performance for the video. And DC people wonder why nobody’s ever made it out of there. SMH

I just saw the trailer while posting this. I only saw this because my parents told me twice I need to go see it and then my friend Ben asked me if I wanted to go see it tonight. I’m in NY and didn’t really have anything better to do so I agreed. Horrible decision. I usually walk out of movies I don’t like and ask for my money back, but I felt bad leaving Ben. But man, this movie sucked so much. There was no point. The lead was so annoying. I was so aggravated and annoyed when I left the movie, I felt like I had just seen JUNO (or at least the first 45 minues since I walked out). Anyway, I feel like this movie could be one of those films that people might tell you is really good but it’s not. Kinda like CRASH. Don’t listen to them. It sucks

Wale got me some Goadomes. I wore them on my trip to NY today. I get it now. These joints are OD comfy. I could play like a 1/4 of basketball in these.

Wale has been telling me about this place for a minute now. I wasn’t able to go last time I was in DC but made sure we hit it up for lunch today before I hit the train for NY. I’ve been working out everyday and eating healthy for the past 4 months and I see/feel the results, so I was a little nervous about soul food. However, this is one of the first soul food joints I’ve been to where it’s not hard to eat healthy at all. I had the teriyaki salmon (per Wale’s suggestion) with green beans and some mac & cheese which I split with someone. I love fish but never really think to order it for some reason; but man, this was some of the best salmon I ever had. Didn’t taste fishy. It was cooked perfectly. The sauce was awesome. Saucesome lol. Oohs & Aahs is at 1005 U St btw 10th and 11th. Cash only.

DJ AM played the original “A Milli” sample before Jay went into his version last night. For those who don’t know it’s from this Tribe “Left My Wallet In El Segundo (Vampire Remix)”. Enjoy.

Definitely feeling his flow on this. When I was at Interscope at the end of September, we were having a meeting and when I was outside Jimmy’s office, he was bumping some new Eminem that sounded totally fire. This, however, is not it.
