I had high hopes. I really did. The trailer gave me goosebumps. I grew up in LA listening to both Pac and BIG. I’d been to museum where BIG got murdered. I felt emotionally attached, like I’m sure many of you do. But this movie just did not do him justice. Was it bad? It wasn’t good. It could have been worse. It’s definitely worth seeing just to catch Naturi Naughton playing Lil Kim. I had no idea she was in 3LW, but damn has she grown (she gets naked a few times in the movie)
This is Jen, who is our Interscope video rep, and Tuma who coordinated the MTV News shoot in DC last week. This might be the first time a white person has ever taken a picture in front of one of these backdrops. What’s more is that it’s an Obama backdrop. This picture is so amazing on so many levels, but then again so is Jen!
We were having breakfast at The Griddle on Sunset last weekend and this woman next to us seemed to be giving a speech on politics to whomever would listen. I had to capture it. I am not very well-versed in her subject matter but perhaps a reader can shed some light as to whether or not she is speaking the truth. She went on for 30-45 minutes.

Hit up the LA Gun Range this morning. After watching the Justice “Across The Universe” documentary where they go to the LA Gun Range, I asked my friend Kelly who was visiting if he wanted to go and the answer was yes. Never shot a gun before and Kelly was leaving today so we squeezed the trip downtown in before his flight. Shot a .38, a 9mm Beretta and a Smith & Wesson 500. My goodness that gun is fucking no joke. I guess no guns are really joke but it holds 5 rounds and after shooting 3, I realized it was enough. Check out the clip above of this woman shooting the gun. The thing kicks back like a car accident and shoots a flame out the barrel like whoa. I’m not into guns, doubtful I will ever own one but thought I should exercise my Constitutional right.
