His cover issue hits stands November 4th

DJ AM played the original “A Milli” sample before Jay went into his version last night. For those who don’t know it’s from this Tribe “Left My Wallet In El Segundo (Vampire Remix)”. Enjoy.

Definitely feeling his flow on this. When I was at Interscope at the end of September, we were having a meeting and when I was outside Jimmy’s office, he was bumping some new Eminem that sounded totally fire. This, however, is not it.

From Jay Z @ Palladium

Concert was awesome. He performed for about two hours. No breaks. Bleek joined him for a bunch of songs. T.I. came out for “Swagger Like Us.” Jay has so many hits; he really covered them all. Only song I didn’t hear that I was hoping for was “The Watcher,” you know, since we were in LA. At the end for his encore, he got behind the turntables and started cycling through the first 4 bars of all his hits on the instant replay machine. Energy was crazy. He was rocking his new signature Persol shades, a black Rocawear t-shirt, what appeared to be an LRG jacket and some raw denim. I couldn’t see what shoes he was wearing. Got a few pics after the jump. No new material except “Jockin Jay Z.” Got a flight to DC in the morning; need sleep. (more…)

Saw this leaked today somehow. Song is over 2 years old but it’s cool that it’s getting some life. I gotta say it’s annoying when I hold off on leaking shit and then someone else does it. No idea who was responsible for this lol. Click HERE to download

Went to Kanye’s listening party last night in LA. Didn’t get to hear it in the most ideal of circumstances so I don’t wanna give a real review yet.
